1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jlwafa website, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, eBingo, and online poker — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

jlwafa requires identity verification — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC — before processing withdrawal requests. This is a one-time process that involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID and, where required, supporting documents such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.

Accepted Philippine government IDs include but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS card, GSIS card, PhilHealth card, voter's ID, driver's licence, and national ID (PhilSys).

Once your KYC verification is approved, no further identity submission is needed for routine withdrawals. jlwafa may request additional documentation in specific circumstances, including unusually large transactions or when account details are updated.

Submitting falsified, altered, or otherwise fraudulent documents is a serious breach of these terms. It will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on jlwafa are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfers, and supported local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for deposits or withdrawals on the jlwafa platform.

Deposit rules:

• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit section of your account

Withdrawal rules:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed

5 Game Rules and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, jlwafa reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, eligible balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may contact support at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

9 Privacy and Data

10 Limitation of Liability

jlwafa is not liable for losses arising from your participation in games on the platform. All gaming activity is undertaken at your own risk. The outcome of games is random and cannot be controlled or predicted.

jlwafa is not responsible for:

• Technical issues on your device or internet connection that affect gameplay
• Third-party payment processing delays outside of jlwafa's control
• Losses resulting from a breach of account security caused by the account holder's actions or negligence
